About Us

Maria Walker received her Masters in Health Promotion from the University of Kansas in 2008 and has since gained experience managing and planning health programs on state, national and local levels. Growing up running competitively, she gained a love of the triathlon sport during college which taught her valuable lessons about balancing health and fitness with work and play, as well as the importance of teamwork. She believes wellness involves the mind, body, spirit and the community around an individual and is looking forward to working as a teammate with individuals to help them realize their best possible selves.
